From the Emergency Department to Digital Innovation

I am an Emergency Medicine physician currently pursuing my Doctor of Medicine (DM) in Emergency Medicine at the University of the West Indies. Over the past several years, I have served as a House Officer and Acting Registrar at Sangre Grande General Hospital and Mayaro District Health Facility, managing acute and emergency cases across Trinidad and Tobago.

My passion lies at the intersection of clinical medicine and technology. I believe the greatest improvements in healthcare for resource-limited regions will come not only from better protocols, but from better tools — data-driven platforms, accessible telemedicine, and intelligent systems that amplify what clinicians can do.

I have built and launched multiple web platforms serving the healthcare and education spaces, published machine-learning research on maternal and infant health outcomes in India, and continue to expand my skills in programming, 3D design, and network security.
